Colin is also a Nutrition & Holistic Lifestyle Coach and he will assess what you currently eat, when you eat, stress levels, sleep and digestion. You will then be supplied with an eating structure and tips on how to keep the weight you have lost off. Colin is a a mobile personal trainer and is based at BBC Elstree Studios.
