I trained with Colin for over 4 and half years and cannot recommend him more highly. His training sessions are intense, fun and varied which led me to levels of physical fitness that I could not have achieved on my own. Not only is Colin an excellent trainer but he also puts himself out to fit in with your lifestyle and work life. Regardless of the journey time required to train me, Colin still has gone out of his way to ensure that I am trained regularly. He is also friendly and approachable and tailors the workout to my individual needs. 


Since starting training with Colin, not only do I feel a lot fitter and stronger, I feel that I am in the best shape of my life. If you are thinking of having personal training I would not hesitate in recommending Colin.



First and foremost Colin taught me how to love working out. That's huge. I have never felt better. His workouts are intense and targetted. His boxing instruction is pretty stellar as well. I highly recommend committing to at least 10 sessions as this is the best gift you can give to yourself.

Colin is a superb personal trainer. Considerate and caring, he spends valuable time understanding your specific aims, then takes a steady and tailored approach to ensure that you are confidently achieving those aims.

 In my case, in a really busy job, whilst having a super tough time personally (as my father’s fatal dementia took grip), Colin encouraged me to stay strong, both physically and mentally, with regular, uplifting sessions. 

Varied routines, new and interesting exercises (including a tremendously useful one on self-defence), understanding when to push me harder and when to cut me some slack, I have never felt fitter, more energetic or more capable than I have under Colin’s tutelage. I cannot recommend him highly enough.



In terms of outcome, I have successfully maintained my weight around 90kg's for 12months whilst at the same time reducing my body fat level down to around 10%.

At a personal level, I would recommend Col to anyone. He has a vast repertoire of knowledge and an ability to apply it in a way that meets your needs, but will help to push you to the next level.
To validate this statement, Col has trained both myself and my wife and we had very different "wants" which Col comfortably designed programs for and helped us to achieve our goals.
